The Lake Victoria perch fillet comes from the large Lake Victoria in Africa. This perch originally originates from the Nile. That is why it is also called Nile perch. It was already held in high regard and admired in primeval times. Its meat is tender and has a pleasant taste. It becomes very bright and nicely firm when cooking slowly.
